Just recently joined HCU a couple weeks ago. Was put on TRT over 3 years ago and got tired of paying the doctor for much less than I need in order to achieve the body I want. I was raised in a family of body builders and power lifters. I always gravitated more towards power lifting but I used it as an excuse not to diet and cut weight. Now at 28 I am tired of just being big and strong. I want to be big, strong, and cut. Been on zero carbs zero sugar for two months and lost a little over 30 lbs. Excited to progress and share results with you guys.

Welcome!. Zero Carbs?. I've done lower carb, 30 or less per day. Zero, dang I don't know how I would be able to do that. It's hard enough not going over 30 per day. Watch out for those sneaky carbs!. Good luck with your diet.

It's definitely difficult for the first few weeks but the body gets used to it and the mind quiets down eventually. Sill difficult when the wife wants ice cream and shit. Haha.

They do have that low carb "frozen treat" stuff at the grocery store. I think it's called "Halo Top". Even that has too many carbs for me since I only do 30 per day. If you wanted to go nuts and have like 12 carbs in 1/2 cup serving. Haha!.

Welcome to the "UnderGround "..! Where "HardCore " is
an Understatement...!

Just out of curiosity, what are your stats, now, after dropping the 30...? If you don't mind my asking.
