Same to you D-Red and everyone here. Did a nice chest / Bi workout this AM at 8 AM (Wife and I), then it was off to the local butcher shop (thx for being open today), tips, beer, wine and fun.
Wifey is asleep, I need to get some sleep (back day in AM). Good to have the week off from work, get to gym at 8AM, rather than 5 AM). Lets us party a bit and sleep in...
