Mindless I've read though most the posts on this board and want to compliment the progress you've made. You posted pics knowing you had a long way to have a respectable build among your peers here. You posted them though which takes courage and have continued to work hard.your progress is undeniable. Keep up the great work man just remember a diet can always be tightened up and you can always push a few more reps out. Mind over matter. Keep at it bud.

Thanks brother, and I've had my share of haters (mainly on other forums) too lol. I've been through thick and thin, including serious injury over the years I've been training and managed to overcome many limitations that I had as I had several severe head injuries (one was from a robbery ambush attack, and another from a fall). Will still continue to push on even as I'm getting older (yet I look young, thankfully). It is my goal to put on some decent size and adding strength, and I've come a long way from when I was a fat kid always getting picked on.

I was a fat kid who was always bullied and picked on and left that behind when I started getting more active at 13. Got into lifting at 24 and never looked back. I still get a bit chubby even now but stronger than before...loving it.

Pain, is "Weakness Leaving the Body".....!
