Gym selfies

Just finished a Short, but sweet and reasonably effective
Back & shoulder blast. Quite pleased w/the definition I've
aquired these last few months.

No selfie here, I had s youngster take a couple quick snaps, cuz I just cant seem to get the squeeze in, "and" operate the camera on phone.

Really serious about bringing up the details in the back, and lagging legs this winter , & more emphasis on big head if Tris too.

I got a suction cup thingie on mine and stick it to a mirror or wall, also the latest Android update now lets me wave my hand to take the picture after a 5 second delay.

Looking good there yourself Mindless, us old fart gotta stick together...Lol...!

No shit...? I have an Android, go's to show, I'm a bit behind in some of this stuff..
 
I have a Samsung phone, and it was updated to latest Android despite being almost 2 years old.

Looking good for an old fart btw :)

I'll have to look into the upgrade, or App myself.

And, thank you.. for the Gest, 194, still down a few, had been holding 207-212 but had a slight injury on the job, bou six weeks back so hence the training took a bit if a back seat, (thus no need for the calorie consumption.

Also kind of fell off my pinning schedule, as I wasn't certain the extent of the injury.

Still have a bit of a pull/ grabbing right Trap insertion/shoulder region.

But much better, (not torn, thank God )

Pretty Beastly, I'm gonna guess bout 5' 11" , maybe even six foot...?

Used to be 241, however my "normal" (homeostasis) wgt
Had always been around 165-167 ( no gear ) year's back.

What are your aims..? More size, hold what you have and round it out.

I'd like to get to 225 for starts, at the same conditioning.

Rear delt on the pec deck, squeezing at the contraction, and have kept getting stronger or more reps out of em'.

I may consider deep tissue massage we'll see, but it's coming along, (knock on wood)
Just pay close attention for now, and gradually step up the Intensity, and weight's.

Great call yes 6ft. Going to hit about 240ish do a mild cut and then catch a clean rebound. Try to stick with whatever that weight comes out to as lean as possible and then start prep in July.

I've got the "Utmost" confidence that you'll do just that..!

You know what to do, your right on track, and not that far off, slow & steady wins the race, just don't go and incur any set- backs, looking 'Solid' ..!

I had it in one 2 years ago then other last year. It's keeping it stable and not doing movements lifting that pull.
I had inflamed torn tendons. Lasted for months.
Weird thing is changing up my blast from bulk to cut helped.
I used lidocaine cream otc. And Dr Scholls Massager pushing deep into tissue where it hurt with pointed attachment.
Almost went to Grayson or whatever.
Reaching like in cabinet and it would grab
Pull back and pop!

Healed all strength back.
Now it's tendonitis in elbow that round bone on side. It's got me restricted but at least I got a good brace thing.

Same I find where it hurts like a..... and push into it and rub away down ward.
Getting better
Curls hurt and front and lateral raise.
Any thing that is grabbing and extending arm out
