I'm guessing his basement gym, I have a Killer set-up in mine as well, wish it hadn't become so cluttered down there with shit, my Winter project, get rid of stuff, and start using it again.

Power Rack, dip stand(2), Leg Press hip sled/ hack combo. Smith, Powertech leverage Bench/Shoulder combo, commercial Preacher curls bench (nice) PEC Deck, DB's from 6-100 lbs, only a few in between don't, I'll
use the magnetic weight plates if needed .

Oly bar, Fabricated T~Bar row I made. All sorts of bars, plates standard & Oly ( probably over 6,000 lb combined.
Not going to look forward to moving all. That shit again, should I sell. Just have to get her organized again .

Nothing like grabbing a coffee upstairs, head down, turn on some Jams, and have at it.

Been a while. I haven't been working on my gains I've actually been loosing some trying to drop weight for a jitz tournament I had to go from 215 to 190 I'm at about 194 right here.
