regardless , tiger woods has a trainer! michael jordan had a trainer, there is always something an educated brother might be able to catch or pinpoint, whether miniscule or big, that can have a huge positive effect on another brothers training, I am always open to suggestions REGARDLESS. I am an equal to all of you

I do kick ass as a trainer and have over 150 before/afters in my portfolio, and hundreds of detailed testimonials in san diego though :)

Thanks man I know my acne gets out of control some times.. Probably due to all the compounds I run and the high doses.. I've been trying to keep my e2 in check and that's been helping a lot. Also just trying to stay super clean (at least 2 showers a day). I was using the organic apple cider vinegar for a while but I fell off, I think I'll go drink some now lol. Ya I was sweating my ass off today I did light legs and was doing some calisthenics In between which I never usually do. I want to get back into Mma but with work my family and trying to be phill Heath lol it's hard to find time. I was thinking about maybe trying to go in on the weekends and do a little Jitz for some cardio but I never end up going..
 
Oh ya I forgot to mention that's one of the reasons I'm stoked to try some gh too I'm hoping it will help a little with the scars. Plus all the other benefits from it, including fat loss and improved muscle compensation
 
Ya I was thinking about trying Accutane for a while but have heard a bunch of horror stories so it kind of pushed me away, but then I've heard of people doing low doses like 10mg a day and having good results. I use Tren all the fucking time mostly enth because I run long cycles and I do high doses too like 6-900mg and that shit makes me super oily. But the first time I broke out it was from a deca cycle, then it was all downhill from there. Now I'm all scared up and without a little tan to cover some of the scaring up I don't like to take my shirt off its embarrassing
 
A'ight, ya'll got me feeling the shame of not getting to the gym for three weeks. I gotta go exercise if I wanna play wit' da big boys.
