Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't have missed it for the world. U Jr.'s senior season in college football and we made it to most of his games but Baby Girl U, a high school junior, had a few recruiting visits for her sport that really increased the mileage. Those of you with little ones...get ready.

Hoping in the worst way my kids don't get interested in sports. So far my son is into chess, my middle daughter is into animals, and my youngest wants to be a builder.

Good for them, encourage them in whatever they want to do...except competitive cheerleading. It's a cult but we had a family intervention and told Mrs U. to leave baby girl alone. LOL...not really...it was a one man intervention.

Now that's busy. I thought I had it rough, soccer two times a week and games on weekends, the other kid in after school engineering club and running club. Seems like I am cab driver these days.
