taking 30IU per day I switched 15 post and 15 pre bc of this post and i am liking it.![]()
I'm doing 5ius pre and the scale has skyrocketed in a weeks time and no increase in waist size. Glycogen and water stores in sure. I follow a very low carb diet on non training days and only consume carbs around workouts and I'm up 7lbs...
Pumps=incredible and almost painful
