Gear 2 Go Bitcoin issues

I just wanted to see if there are any more people on here that have had a similar issue I have with Gear2Go. I had all of my gear destroyed recently and just looking to place a small order. I have used Gear2go in the past with great service, but last night I sent $186 for my order and this morning it says my order was cancelled. I have confirmation that the money was sent, but the Gear2go website says they never received the payment. I have messaged them on here and through their website with no response as of yet. I know that isn't too much money, but I just can't afford to keep losing.

Anyone else have this type of issue?
