Ahhh yes, forearms. What a great muscle when properly developed, it just fills out the arm proper and by the Golden Era standards, the forearm should be symetrical compared to the calf so typically those two muscle groups are or should be similar in size.
So tell me bros, what are some of your best movements for forearm development?

Yep , ur right kins !! Pin Red Zone test and go to Poohbears section every morning should do the trick !!

Reverse barbell curls, that's all I do, and I try not to use my wrist wraps on back days. Other than that, I don't touch them and they just grow. But my job has me under a workout all day so I'm sure that helps too.

Reverse Barbell curls & Fat Gripz!

I have a poor man's Fat Gripz that I made out of 1.5" pipe insulation which I cut into 6" pieces....just a couple bucks at Home Depot :)

Preacher curl rack, with your back facing the bat, squat down a little and pick it up with your palms facing the bar and just curl it, let it go to lowest point where it's basically in your finger tips and try to curl it all the way up, a couple sets of 20-30 reps will have you barely gripping the steering wheel on the drive home
