I recently broke my 5th Metatarsal (Jones Fracture) in my right foot in a HIIT class and need to have a screw placed for proper healing. My ortho doc is encouraging me to keep up with my strength training but no pressing movements with my right leg and obviously no cardio as I will be non-weight bearing for 2-3weeks....post that he will allow me to swim.

I am currently mid cycle and I am unsure if I should discontinue my cycle due to the injury or finish it out as I am still allowed to weight train.

Also I am interested in any thoughts about possible peptides to help speed with recovery.

Current cycle:
Test cyp 600mg/wk
Primo 600mg/wk
NPP 300mg/wk
Proviron 75mg/ed
Adex .5mg/ed

I appreciate any feedback....thanks brothas.

Good luck to your better half. Keep us posted..thanks.

Thanks for the replies...bumpin' for any more opinions on possible peptide use or supplements for faster recovery.

Ghrp6, ghrp2, or Ipramolin combined with
Cjc no dac
I would reccomend hgh too
And I would drop down to trt dose of test and save your gear for when you can get full effect from it.
Also look into vitamin k2. It increases calcium absorption which should help bone heal faster.

Thanks brotha...I will look into this.

I can speak directly to this as I've unfortunately been broken many times. I'd do nothing but an HRT dose of test with no ai. Estrogen is needed for calcium deposition. I feel that my peptide use caused extra scarring in the skin. Training the other leg normally has been shown to retain muscle mass and strength in the injured leg.

Interesting. Thanks for your reply.
