First Cycle sus250 and tren

Hello forum, I decided to start my first cycle I got my hands on 20ml of sustanon 250 10ml of Tren Acetate and 10ml of Deca durabolin. I also have aromasin (generic) for during my cycle since I already have mild gynecomastia in my own opinion. I'm also ordering plenty of nolvadex for 3 weeks after last pin.

My goal is to cut my BF from my current 26% to 10% for a visible six pack and some overall gains.

I'm 5' 8" 225 lbs, 28 years old. Been lifting since I was 15. I've been a lean 190 lbs during my prime with no gear.
I'm a natural sprinter amd weight lifter so I'm not new to the grind.

My diet includes egg whites and oatmeal in the morning, salad snack with chicken and veggies for lunch, protein shakes, peanut butter or non fat sugar free freek yogurt for dinner. Restricted calories since fat burn is my main goal.

Rarely drink alcohol, smoke plenty of weed.

I had blood work last week and can post if needed. All levels were normal. Test levels weren't on blood work I'll blame my doctor for that.

So my questions are, how many ml of sus and tren should I take and how often. Also how many mg of aromasin and how often during cycle?
As well as the novadex intake and how often.
I may sound like an idiot to some of you but I'm learning and you gotta start somewhere right? Thanks for your help.
 
1- you don’t need any tren on your first cycle
2- dont start a cycle at 26% BF. it’s a waste of gear to want to loose that much weight on a cycle when burning fat can be done with just diet and some cardio.
Lean down THEN start the cycle where you can actually get enough calories in to take advantage of the gear and grow from it
 
Slow down there my friend. For a first go keep as simple as possible to see how your body responds. Sust only for 10-12wks.

No, you don’t need 1 ml of sust EOD. That’s basically a gram a week.
 
well, I typed out a whole response, but don't see it here. Which is a good thing, because I completely missed you have never done a cycle. (Despite the title, SMH) you mentioned you had slight gyno, and I just focused on that aspect and made an assumption. Nevertheless, my post will probably show up eventually, and in the end, it echoes the validity of diet and exercise and more research
 
First thing first, you don't have anywhere enough gear for a complete cycle. So my suggestion would be to make sure you have all your cycle needs in hand before starting.

Second, and this is just my opinion, but I wouldn't run Sust as a base for a cutting cycle. Too much long ester. But, if you decide to continue, then I would run like this: (based on what you have, not what I would add to make it better for me)

This is based off of the assumption you have minimal cycle experience, (less then 5 cycles), and are highly prone to estro sides (since you mentioned you already have gyno symptoms)

Sust 1cc's - 2x every week
Tren ace 1cc - 5x week (or EOD, equal to 500mg)
Personally, I'd leave the Deca out. Just me though.
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
Nolva 40mg ed (I have to run 25mg aroma, and 80mg Nolva while on cycle, if I get behind the "estrogen eight ball")

Again, this is based on extremely limited information. Your diet is decent, but is definitely not complete, we have no idea what your exercise routine is, and honestly, no "gear cycle" is gonna drop your body fat from 26 to 10%. That kind of success is only going to come from diet and exercise consistency..... Period!!

Happy cycling, and don't hesitate to continue your research first before jumping into multi-compound cycles.
 
Ok, this forum is amazing. I can get more gear but thought what I had on hand was enough. I'm ok with doing a sus250 only cycle with AI to help fix the gyno issues and keeping the clean diet. I also run A LOT so I'm lean everywhere except stomach and tits.

Tren 5x a week is a fuck ton of tren I would need a lot more. So i can stick with the sustanon for now with AI then add nolv 3 weeks after last pin. Is this good enough for now?

No. If you have gyno now, then you already have elevated estrogen levels. Gear is only going to accentuate that. Run Nolva during your cycle, or you will never get yourself under control. At a bare minimum, 40mg Nolvadex ed. with Asin as stated.

For your first cycle.. if Sust is your choice of test, 1cc twice wk. Thats it. 1/2 tab aromasin EOD. That should be plenty.. as far as gyno issues.. if youre already prone to gyno i would never run tren until you're way more in tune with how your body reacts to gear. You need to research alot more my friend..

No way your lean ' everywhere but tits and stomach' if your 26% body fat. If your dead set on cycling now just do the sust 2x a WK or every 3rd day. Be sure to use aromasin 12.5 mg Ed then get bloods 6-8 wks in and see where your test and estrogen levels are at so you can dial in your doses.
 
You might want to get your test levels checked if you didn't already so you have a baseline to go off of. I'm not sure how much research you have done but just from reading through this thread I dont think you've done enough I would suggest doing a whole lot more research before starting anything. Be safe be smart
 
It sounds like you probably have dope tits from smoking to much weed. Nonfucking way should tren be in your first cycle. You sound super inexperienced even your diet sounds so bland you won't stick with it. Deca for bulking you should know that before you even think of aas. You really need to
research more and strengthen your tendons up . Before u start. But if you going to to
do it go
it's test 500 a week and anavar 50 mg Ed for 12 weeks. You want to keep your daily calories under 1500 try for 1200. Days
 
Yeah mate, a little too soon for the tren... when guys come to me for cycle advice I tell them first cycle=test only 10 maybe 12 weeks tops give yourself a solid idea of where your at. Yes I’m new in these forums but not to gear. Ex. My first cycle was 500mg test C a week and I did that for 13 weeks thinking back THAT was probably a little too high and slightly too long. I did throw tren in my second cycle that said that was still too soon if you ask me now. I compete and at the time it was hard to tell me not to do something that could provide more of a competitive physique. Now one of the guys I train with is only 19yo getting ready to compete in classic physique like yours truly. He inquired about running something I advised otherwise too young yet IMO... what I’m getting at is you’re still young believe it or not, and It is easy to mess yourself up so to quote the most interesting man in the world “pin responsibly my friend” or something like that

I’ll be the guy to say it..... if your 26% BF you have absolutely no business running gear. Get your diet, cardio, and training on point and drop body fat before fucking with AAS and your endocrine system. Hit your cycle when your BF is in the teens.
