Just curious bout something bear with me here. I'm not on anything yet. But my sex drive SUCKS, my energy SUCKS, mentality SUCKS compared to how I used to be. Only thing I'm taking is antidepressant at low dose. And I'll prob wean off that garbage in future since none that stuff works as far as long term.

SO yes I do have a full cycle of test stashed away was gonna start in few months just need more AI to go with it and more money for labs I'll pay those ahead of time.

Anyways I got to thinkin since funds are just little tight currently and estrogen has short half life or so I read. And aromasin acts pretty fast what if I dipped in to some of my aromasin for shits n giggles and just took it for few days to see how I felt? And if I did that would it drop my estrogen AND my natural test? I know this whole thread may be stupid but my son just started school he's all excited and hyper and wants me to play every day just had anniversary yesterday and my sex drive it's there but it SUCKS and I guess I'm just desperate to feel better in any way.,

Could be the antidepressant. Aromasin will raise your testosterone, if your estrogen is currently high enough to matter. I'd get bloodwork done first. Before you make a ripple in the water of your hpta preferably.

That's what I was wondering about Is just taking some aromasin but ya I may go run n get quick hormone panel. As far as estrogen numbers what would you consider too high?

I take a ssri antidepressant, celexa. I don't get any negative affects from it. There are others though that will make you feal shitty.

As long as you're in range I'd probably leave it alone. I feel best with my estrogen around 27. You may find that it is high though.
 
I would be more likely to drop the anti depressant before taking some aro, that shit is strong AF and will likely drop your E to way below range numbers.
 
Anti-depressants are known to kill sex drive and make you feel lethargic (depending on the individual and drug being taken). From what I've read they're hell to get off of as well and can really mess with your mind. When was your last cycle of AAS? Could it be possible that your test has crashed as well if you recently came off? Blood work is a good idea. Think that you need to figure out a way to ween yourself of the anti-depressants and if your test is low get at least on a TRT dose. If you're depression prone maybe check into some other things like Saint John's Wort or other herbal/natural remedies. They may not make you feel 100% better, but hell even 50% without the sides of the anti-depressants sounds like a better option.
 
Yeah man, I would start tapering down on the anti-depressants. They are as others have said known to make you just feel a little down, no energy, no drive or focus, just feel like laying up somewhere and doing nothing. Get the bloods done and see where you stand. I may recommend doing that after tapering down on the ADs then you might know a bit more. There are also other factors in life that can make you feel like junk. Some multivitamins and otc supplements make me feel like I'm a damn 85 year old in the retirement home. I was taking the generic one a days for a while and I just had no energy, switched out after a couple months to a whole food sourced vitamin and supplements and now I feel amazing. I think it was the toll the compounds in the generic vitamins pulling down my liver and kidneys. check out new chapter, alive, or even now adam vitamins. They're more expensive, but took away my leathargy almost immediately. It's important we all understand what is going in our bodies these days and I admit I was just thinking a vitamin is a vitamin, but I was really bad off before switching to something my body could interpret and use easily. Keep us posted on your stats man.

Oh and I meant to add - get you some l-theanine caps - its a nootropic compund found in green tea - get some green tea too. L-theanine supports a balanced mood - the caps are great for afternoon - especially after finishing up with work (they don't make you tired, but make you feel like you took about a quarter of a xan) and great for nights too. Also, drink green teas - the combo of the mild caffeine which us usally under 40mg in conjunction with the l-theanine in the tea is just plain awesome (makes those caps seem underdosed, but its just because its coming from the source of the tea instead) - just overall enhances my mood, makes me feel like I can be myself and not care and have a good evening without feeling down.

I think the best thing you can do its do blood test , maybe you kill your estro, or your test is low even maybe in your last cycle you used deca or tren and that its symptoms of high prolactin ? So the wise thing to do is bloods
