Favorite Triceps Exercise

The Flat, Incline and Overhead Pressing in the same workout I do hits my tris quite thoroughly and I have decent tri genetics but when I really want to bloat them up I'll do few sets of Overhead extensions with an EZ-bar. I used to use a single DB but going over a 70lber it becomes a challenge to not hit the back of your knoggin.
 
Oh and close grip bench with two dumbbells pressed against each other hits the whole tri better than barbell close grips Imo.
 
Yessir, that one-arm DB overhead extension has done wonders for my triceps’ long heads.

Skull crushers brought down just over the top of your head, not to the forehead like alot of people do but back farther, will stretch that long head out real good.

I started doing triceps on the assisted pullup/dip machine. You set the assist to the weight you want and you bend over and push it down with your hand, just a variation of the standard standing push down and hits the tri at a little different angle.

Low pulley overhead extentions are my fav. I like starting heavy then burning out on low weight high reps. But I do tons of other tri stuff just change it up every arm day.
