Favorite training programs

Wondering what are some of your guy’s favorite training programs. Maybe which ones you guys saw really good gains on. Or just which ones you prefer due to exercises or what have you. I haven’t tried very many myself so looking for some recommendations.

I usually alternate between 531 for strength building block and a scaled back version of bft by Trevor Smith.
I always hit it hard for 3 weeks on and a deload every 4th week on both.

I'll do 531 for 4 cycles and bft for 1-3 (depending on how my joints are feeling).

Works pretty well for me. Everybody is different.
