Eat fat.... fucking shit tons of fat, and get LEAN!!
Fat is not the enemy — it does not clog arteries; it does not cause heart attacks.
Those statements are true ABSENT the presence of carbs. Fats minus carbs are fucking healthy.
However, trans fats (artificial trans fats... vegetable oils) are inflammatory and problematic. That fat should not be consumed at all. The only trans fats we should be consuming, are the relatively little that are found naturally in some meats.
Carbs.... fucking carbs — excess carbs, the fucking SAD (Standard American Diet) is what fucks our insulin and blood sugar.
Insulin Resistance — Metabolic Syndrome, is the cause of shit fucking people up.
