Fucking New Guy here, coming over from Pro Muscle where seems things are getting bad with quality of Gear but don’t wanna hate on anyone just tired of blowing $$$. I own my own “Hot Shot” freight business make good $$$ but I’d rather give it away to a charity than blow it on bunk Gear! God I miss the 90’s!!!! Everyone wonders why the physique’s looked so much better make then??? Well duh the Gear was better! Phil Heath couldn’t hold a candle to the 6 weeks out black and white photos of Dorian Yates at 275 lbs in 1993. Anyways I’ve been at it for 20 years competed for 13 years 5 of those at the National and USA level acquiring coaching skills from my good friends Dave Palumbo and Ben Pakulski. Bodybuilding took me to Amsterdam, Holland where I lived for 6 years and got to travel and see a part of the world I never would of and did some severe partying over their. Lol. Could make a movie or write a book about it probably. Anyways just a little bit about me looking forward to contributing to the site cause like the late great Rich Piana said “we are all in this together”- God Bless

Forgot........I’ll try to, if there is somewhere here to post pics???, I will try and post some pics of contests pics of me, pics leading up to contest and some off season pics where I’d get up to 280 pounds at a height of 5’7, 22 inch arms, 32 inch quads, still maintained a decent waste but was starting to get that “Palumboism” shit and at that weight it was very uncomfortable had problems tieing my shoes, whiping my ass, and sex with gf I’d just lay there. Lol. I finally broke down recently got a new iPhone 8s after having an iPhone 4 since 2010 and am still trying to convert the pics on them to my new phone. I’ve tried transferring them to iTunes to new phone like the genius’s at Verizon told me but didn’t work. Anyways happy July 4th HU community
