Below 10% viens will come out in shoulders across traps and in abs and across back.
Ab size and visablibly have nothing to do with it!
Tightness of muscle against skin is what causes this affect!
Your waist is small but u are also 22!
U look good but holding more in other areas! I would say 12% but u may be 10% and cold or dehydrated. No viens!
