Egg whites

Where do you get them at that price ? It’s 137 $ for four gallons online

Why so much for egg white...? I understand it's a convenience thing, not having to crack all those eggs, " and" separate etc.

But, even at $75 per gal.. let's see, doing the math as I type . As I was thinking about this post last night at work, but only remembered the $137 figure. $75 is obviously way better than that. But I get at a Sam's Club ( Costco may have too .? ) But these have Sam's label which is "Member's Mark" 6 pint boxe for $8.99, now that's 3/4 a gal. If I buy two it's a gallon & a half for $18.00 ," non- flavored mind you, but I just add to whey & whichever milk I might be drinking at the time, could be water, up to the individual, but I don't use this for any particular reason other than to get some more easily bio~available / quick absorbtion protien, ON nutrition whey standard, MetRX choc, Scivation Whey , l
Any of Beverly International's products. Etc. And I'm.sure we could a get creative with our own additions, cocoa & Splenda, the cinnamon someone mentioned. Fruit, berries, etc. You's are paying g for flavoring, that's it..., These egg white don't taste like sewer, or smell at all either,. Not one bit.

So, even $75 / $18 (gal n a half too remember )

= 4.16 * 1.5 = 6.25 gallon for that same $75 bucks, then I suppose there is shipping in top of that....?

Not a bargain at all, never mind $137.00. wow,

Seeing how that's quite close to $150 that's still.easily 10+ gallon's for the same buck, bit no flavor, and how well are the last two by the time you get to them..? Are they frozen too (egg whites International sends theirs frozen I think, or at least in a styrofoam lined box
I just buy the 6 pints weekly, or if need more b4 then go back , they always have em'.

Also, I forgot to mention when it comes to regular eggs, I don't discard the yolks any how, six when eggs hard-boiled by themselves,. Or as an Omelette.
Poached onto three or four slices whole wheat toast, oatmeal on side etc.

Only discard "some" if on a special diet, or just don't want to a them fats, which BTW is half the protien of an egg also, and "good " healthy fats too. !

Also, per your first post , I'll bet a little bit of canned pumpkin, half a frozen banana, cinnamon would be pretty darned good too, a touch of half n half , or just milk to consistency.

Ahha, me neither, been too busy , but def will, actually I'm.st the store now, and will go grab some canned pumpkin, for. Try later, have to think about how tho, I'm thinking frozen slightly ripened bananas for texture & sweetness,. The egg whites are virtually tasteless. Some cinnamon & spice, maybe a whole egg for the yolk ,& fat content.

TrueNutrition also has powdered sweet potatoes , ND powdered pumpkin protien, you can have them.add flavor to the batch, but I find it "overly" sweet.

Trial & error...!

Then "We" patent....! You & me, were in this together..! Lol.
