I’m sure I’ve seen a few of you around the boards. Some background on me: classic physique competitor, currently starting my off season after a very successful rebound. Stage weight this last go around was 198 and I’m currently sitting at just over 230 in a 12 week period

inal session of the week was decent. Hit it at the school gym and got to use the Hammer Strengrh iso lateral leg press. Not a bad piece of equipment but it felt like the resistance profile was slightly off

Anyways pulled 295 x15 RDLs today I think that’s a PR. Damn near to three plates

Pulled something in my front delt/chest on my second set of incline smith so I called chest there and stuck to doing back. Kind of annoying but I don’t think it’ll be long before I can hammer chest again.
