Thought I was all set. Can't figure out how to clear it. I deleted everything and I'm still getting a you've reached you quota message...

Ya...i looked at your pm statistics...says you have 50....which is the limit. You have to clear...delete....i can do it,
 
I deleted your messeges,(no...i cant view your messeges), but you must be deleteing them wrong if they arent deleting
