Don't think my legs will ever grow.

What I have found over the few years that I have been in this game is train hard eat well and sleep just as hard and every lagging bodypart comes around, adding compounds to the mix is just a bonus especially for recovery. Use volume for quads to build capillaries so blood can flow in and you will see them grow. 100 rep hip sleds every time you train with whatever you can handle no weight or weight and do this for 4 weeks.
