So i torn my ligaments in my knee in a car crash and the stupid doctor didn't bother to do a MRI, and broke my ankle a few months before the crash on the same leg. After 6 months of the doctor telling me it's just a strain and it takes a while to heal and at the same time giving me more and more pain killers that triggered my dependency after. My ligaments healed terribly and I was left walking in a weird manner. I was not able to run or jump without pain for the last 2 years.
I don't have a beginning picture but I'm 6'2. I started my journey back from 225lbs out of shape. My first pic was about 210, 2nd about 200, 3rd about 190. I box and train muay thai, but my main goal is to get back to playing basketball again. Only been on test. And added var the last month. Here is what my progress look like. I'm slowly doing PT for my legs, they are my weakest point and I am hoping I can rehab them to be able to play by fall of this year. I still have a long way to go, but pushing through the pain to get back into shape was not easy. Now i'm mostly pain free on most days. But still need to finish some rehabbing. Here is my progress from about 6 months.
