DNP makes you feel like your starving you have too grind it out . that's why a lot don't get results most users are people with no self control looking for an easy fix and they end up eating everything in sight

You want the hunger on Deca just eat clean and lift heavy if your training hard as you should be your not gonna eat enough chicken and rice too get fat . just pound reasonable clean meals every two hours and lift until someone has too pick it up off you and you will grow

Oh yeah I know! Deca was my first cycle I literally went from 245 up to 260, diet was ok at the time because I wasn't Tryna recomp but the gains were definitely clean, and I felt good on it, I got it prescribed for TRT along with test cyp from doc

None of that sets of ten reps and texting in between . you should be lifting past failure with assistance doing drop sets short rest periods . if you train for two hours and still lift 70 percent of your max you need too step it the fuck up. You should be sweating and it should fucking hurt

Hahaha yeah agreed, since I'm 6"4 I kinda switched up my methods now, constant time under tension, no locking out, always stressing the muscle, slow negatives none of that fast paced rep crap, I found my fibers hurt so much more the next day

That's most people problem they just don't train hard enough or they want too be bodybuilders and train like powerlifters . I don't care how much you flat bench of you want a full square chest warm up with dumbbells. Then go too machines hammerstrenth press . smith press with bands . weighted dips . barbell bench press is good for well fucking up you shoulders that's about it

Bro I'm not strong in the flat bench at all and I prefer the dumbells I feel more contractions, I hit the nail on the head, an old head schooled me one day like " bro are u a power lifter, do u plan on being a power lifter? So what the fuck u keep lifting like one for?" I mean increasing the weight to meet your rep quota is one thing but I know dudes who sacrifice form just for those numbers on the flat or squat rack, just to say they can throw up xyz, fuck that, like ya boy zyzz say "lift for aesthetics bro"

Only one drawback I can say about my first prep, no one schooled me about the cost, cost of what my grocery bill would increase to, cost of coaching, fees, registration, trunks, tan, and last but not least, gear regiment, if I had known I would have waited until I had EVERYTHING on hand, that's why I'm glad I found u guys, I've found some good ppl on here who had quality product and shipped on perfect time so I had no wait time and everything was smooth and didn't miss anything in my cycles

Tell me about it me and the wife both compete that's two NPC cards double registration fees and tanning and her suits are expensive with the heels and jewlry hair makeup . not too mention you have two hungry mother fuckers dieting at the same time. Wait till you start using growth then it get pricey . anabolic are cheap . But those Norditropin pens will break the bank
