I definately feel thinner especially around my waist.....jeans are much looser. I was pretty vascular to begin with but I have been getting a few comments lately that I look a little leaner.

Thanks GJ for all your advice.

The half-life of this stuff is crazy.....sweated buckets this AM during strength training. Yesterday was my tenth day....first 5 at 250...last 5 at 500.

Second time on DNP and all is going well 8 days in at 200 a day. I usually diet keto/low carb and that working great for me this time. Lost a little over a pound a day but a bet half if the keto water shed that usually happens. But measurements are alot better and I can see it. Just taking 200mg / week of test and similar proviron amount which keeps the water at bay. I will update here when its done. This run will be about 21 days then I'll take a month off for a short little 4 week mass I want to try with tbol then back to 200mg a day for 2 or 3 weeks to hopefully get me under 12% bf.

First time I tried dnp I did keto the first few days and lost close to a pound a day. Then on day 5 I upped the dose to 400 and tried carbs. That was a mistake. The next 5 days were terrible. I was ravenous and ended up stopping after 10 days and only loosing a pound. So yeah you can screw up a DNP diet. I would stick with the advice of you should just do the diet you are accustomed to doing. Maybe not do a high carb diet if you could do moderate carb only because the high carb is just going to make it suck worse. But nothing wrong with doing keto/low carb if you are accustomed.
