Lol. I get no sides from tren at all so I wouldnt know what those are like. My CNS is so fucked.

Worse than tren sweats but based on diet both more carbs equals more sweat but with tren if I'm depleted I don't sweat at night DNP I soak the bed regardless

Wasnt bad. GJ recommended a fan blowing directly on u so I jacked up the ceiling fan and bought a little table top on that basically blew directly on me. Ended up being just a little sweaty.

Lmao!, Don't get up too quickly!. I moved a coffee table where my feet were near the bed a while back. When I got up in the middle of the night I was half asleep and just walked right into it. Fell forward on my face and bruised my legs badly!. Kind of funny now, but it really sucked when it happened!.

I have the a.c. cranked and two fans blazing but still I get up too pee and come back too lay down and its like WTF soaked yuck

The first night I was like f it the ceiling fan is enough. I moved my head in the middle of the night and it felt like someone pissed on my pillow. Table fan the next night took carr of that.

I take it at night. The sides are almost gone by the time I wake up. My job is very similar and Ive never had an issue

So the whole dose in the evening and none throughout the day?
Is it as effective that way? Just wondering why more wouldn't do it that way?

Doesn't really matter when because of the 36 hr half life I recommend split dosing with high dose regimens like mine for two reasons 1 if you take 3 or 4 caps at once you will get terrible heart burn . also when I get too day 4 or 5 the heat is intense and if I feel real lethargic or overhot I just skip a dose too bring it down a bit . If I'd had taking it all at once well If just have too suffer and wait it out

Yeah that's where I got a little confused I guess. I knew the half life was pretty long but he had said most of the sides were gone by morning
 
It does seem too increase intensity after dosing but its Definately still there I just like the abily too opt out of a dose if it gets too intense but if your staying at 2 caps a day it doesn't matter I run 3 and sometimes 4 That's where sometimes you might need too slow it down a notch once in a while

22lbs? what else were you using and/or what was the protocol you were running?

I was on 100mg/day of test prop. Started dnp at 250mg/day for 3 days. Went up to 500mg/day for about 2.5 weeks. Then up to 750mg for about 5 days. Drank lots of Powerade and water. Diet was a ketogenic diet at 2500kcal/day. Macros were 25/5/70 P/C/F. Felt pretty good the whole time. Just very hot. LOL

I've tried both I prefer too eat carbs bitbdont see it impacting fat loss differently but that's a huge debate still . I doo go low carb if I run it in the summer cause I'm in Florida and the heat is just Rediculous.

going to try my first cycle of DNP tomorrow. Starting with 250mg and going to use it for a week, to see how it works. I'm 60 years old and got some fat to lose to drop a weight class for powerlifting.

At 250 sides will be very minimul but you may want two weeks at that dose and diet will need too be strict . however at your age I would shy away from higher doses 250 is nothing and very safe. And if your mainting a diet that will yield a lb a week fat loss you should loose 3 or 4 instead adding that. But if its for a PL meet make sure DNP is out of your system for a full week before hand . or your strength and performance will suffer greatly
