Deca for joint pain and issues?

I’ve been thinking about trying a low dose of deca for joint issues. I’ve heard of some docs actually adding to compliment trt. I have some kind of tendinitis in both writs and elbows arthritis on my right foot. Arthritis on the facet joints of my lower back, a herniated disc and degenerate disc disease L4L5S1. In about 2 weeks I go for a rizotomy for the right side and in another 2 weeks I get the left side done. Has anyone ran long term low dose deca? I’ve heard a good dose to start is equal to trt dose 100mg for 100mg
 
Ironically Deca was my reason for starting to use chemical assistance. I lifted 15 years natural along side martial arts . So the constant pounding of my joints whether it be judo or aiki taking turns violently being tossed on my back 100 plus times day in practice or that stupid exercise in karate do “ punching in the air “ or idiot teachers make you practice same joint lock daily 100s of times putting undue stress on tendons and ligaments . Years of both is recipe for years if injury pain and tendinitis. Way back in 1999 they wanted to do shoulder surgery on me , but between my creative approach to warming my rotator cuffs and using deca for only 3 months at the time ( with test , dbol) in 19-20 years never again have pain . Of course I did also have cortisone shot gave it few days rest to work , never looked back
 
Thanks . I’m also thinking about npp because it’s a shorter eater. Same reason here as well I’ve had some many different kinds of cortisone and muscle relaxers that don’t help. Nerve medicine etc. i thought that building my core up and some relief will greatly help
 
I’ve ran deca at 100mg a week for extended periods. Almost this entire year until I stopped in late June just to take a break. Works great for my joints. I notice a huge difference in my knees and shoulders.

It's basically like magic for joints. Ran it at 200mg for 6 months. After this mast/tren/cyp run im goint to cruise with some decca and cyp.
 
If adding into my trt is there anything I should be aware of at a low dose. I know it will aromatise less than testosterone and I heard of prolactin or progresone issues. I’ve never used it I heard that it can mess with dopamine as well

I've never had any issues with it alongside my cruise dose at all. It does take me longer to get off, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I don't have any hard on issues with nandrolone at all, even when I don't take my 5mg Cialis EOD. I seem to tolerate all 19-nors very well though so take that with a grain of salt

It’s aromatises at about 30% of test. Not a huge concern unless your hyper sensitive. At such a low dosage prolactin/progesterone isn’t an issue. Keep some caber on hand just in case but at 100mg there should be absolutely no issues.

Do you think a sweet spot for some mass and relief would be about 200-300 mg a week. I’m planning for the future.
 
i run 200-300 min a week also for joints and its great but just took a break after a few years wow i needed to get deca back in my joints hurt knees exp wow cant wait for it to kick in fuck was limping around haahah fuck im old

Yes, in conjunction with Test, that’s a good dose. Everyone’s body responds differently. I find 200mg per week blows me up without experiencing the negative side effects.

I personally like that dosage . In 15 years never has issue with sides on deca and avoided shoulder surgery going on few decades because of it. Now only my personal opinion I never found NPP to equal durabolin in any way . I only like deca. I don’t get deca dick cuz I use higher test ( sustenon my preferred) never any prolactin issues though I stay to 200/300 week. Funny so many say use bromo or caber on tren or deca never in my lifetime used either on both . Though I on cycle utilize tamoxifen low dose and Adex .25 eod.
I also never have water gain however I do stack deca with winstrol as I believe they complement each other as winny dries as deca helps get fluid in joints . ( how it apparently helps you feel better ) . I also year round have side cycle of clen /t3 alternate ephedrine so this may also keep any water gain at bay as well as I don’t use salt ever .

One 50mg dose of winny got my joints feeling achy while on 600mg of deca. Maybe they were already taking a beating and the winny just dried them out.

That’s typical you are not alone. Some of us more sensitive . Though definitely use deca not Npp if stacking with winny see if different plus give the decs few weeks . Winny also favorite of sprinters as reflexes improve too . There are some joint issues that don’t respond but usually after month for myself I feel . Being 53 I can feel it . Not sure your age but if you train through old age you like any athlete will experience aches . I usually warm up on treadmill then do pendulum exercise for rotator cuff . Yeah I did a 4 week winny cycle at 50mg/day when I was 20 and I think I tweaked my elbow trying to bench more than my joints we ready for. I'm 34 now and way more in tune with my body and as soon as I took the winny I was like oh hell no my joints feel like crap, lol. Luckily it was some left over liquid winny someone gave me so I just tossed it. I can still flat bench but I always pyramid up and I'm careful about my form especially lowering the bar to my chest. If my right shoulder tie-in starts to ache, I'll either lay off the flat bench for a few weeks or I'll just not lower the bar all the way to my chest for a couple weeks, which honestly seems to work my chest better anyway- but it bugs me bc it's not "proper form". Stopping about 2-3 inches from my chest and not locking out really focuses the pump on the pecs throughout the entire set. You'll notice this bc when you approach failure, you'll feel your chest actually fatiguing first and not your triceps, which usually fail first when locking all the way out.
 
You know also many times we use and our muscles grow so fast that we get too strong for our ligaments and tendons that don’t grow fast if at all so we set ourselves up for injury . Why warming up , pyramid so important. Ya know with me I work out 4am then work but also do hours of martial art training past 40 years therefore I’m punishing my body , all that impact on joints or being violently tossed on ground - some places have mats some we fall in concrete either way it’s like hours of perpetual impact . My body gets so sensitive I usually don’t feel injury during training , it’s like when I open a heavy door later lol or jump up 3-4 steps lol that’s when I tweek my hip or my tricep crazy . Deca definitely cushions some joints but we also can’t compensate for the times we gain power so fast . Have you ever used injectable anadrol ??? Usually within 3-4 days of preworkout anadrol I literally go freak - like I’m talking press behind neck one day doing 225 for 8 then three days later adding 90 pounds blasting out 15 on same exercise. I’m wide grip chins I added 100 pound plate for 12 yet I somehow pulled my tricep lol yes my pushing muscle hyperstretched pulling it’s fucking crazy lol
