Cutting vs Bulking (recommendations)

Which do I want to do first, cut or bulk? I don’t have the fat % I want right now (I still have a gut and handles) but I am hearing different things. One source tells me cut down to where I want to be, then bulk. Another source tells me the best way to lose fat is to build muscle so I should bulk. Honestly, I am not a big eater (just have a slow metabolism) so I think the diet for cutting would be more realistic for me anyway.
Also, with any recommendation, some diet guidelines, workout and supplement stack suggestions would be appreciated as well. I’ve already ordered Test C and Tren A, which I have heard could be used for both cutting or bulking.

Can you tell us a little about yourself, age, weight, BF%(if you could guess), dietary habits, workout regiment, etc., before we suggest a diet plan cycle routine?

The drugs don’t just miraculously cut you. Diet and cardio is key.
Use the cutting compounds as “icing on the cake”.

I’d just run a moderate test cycle to help spare the muscle that you do have while you lean out. Then go from there.

I am 37, 220 lbs, and 5’11’’. Strictly a guess on BF% would be 20%. My diet and workout regiment are all over. I have been eating and lifting to bulk. Lots of meals, lots of calories. Lift heavy weights, low reps about 5 days a week. However, I am finding that the more I gain muscle mass, the bulkier (not in a good way) I look.

My workout and diet have been all over the place because I committed to cutting first, then I changed it and went for bulking.

I may suggest trying to get your BF down through diet and exercise to around 15-16% prior to starting a cycle. With having a BF at 20% could cause your estrogen to levels very unstable and be difficult to control.

Use of DHT or another SARM wouldn’t assist with this? Is there a correlation between body fat and estrogen production?

I’m not saying that I have to use the gear. I don’t know what I don’t know, hence this post. I am able to be disciplined on the diet and workout, so I thought that would assist.

My brother, lay a strong foundation of discipline and good structure for at least three months. You don't need no gear to have a lean muscular body. Learn your own numbers that you know how much you eat daily and where that takes you.you will never be able to buy discipline it don't come in a vial.

My fitness pal is a great way to cut! It will help you set a daily goal and keep count of calories.

Absolutely there is, and absolutely DHT's like Masteron/Primo/Winstrol will help...

Key word being HELP- these dudes are trying to help dispel the myth that you will get ripped from those aas if you still eat like shit, are not in a calorie deficit, and dont put in the right kinda work.

At 220 lbs, 20% bf = 44 lbs of fat, 176 lbs of lean weight you are carrying... So lets assume you want to be at 210 lbs, 10% bf -- 21 lbs of fat, 189 lbs of lean weight.

That means you need to BURN 23 lbs of pure fat, while BUILDING 13 lbs of pure muscle. Overall, that is a 10 lb swing in total weight.

Fuel doesnt burn itself, nor can mass be created from nothing.

1 lb Fat = 3500 Calories

Expecting AAS to do the majority of the leg work in helping you to burn 35,000 calories while also building 13 lbs of muscle is just not reasonable.

Its POSSIBLE, but through careful manipulation of timing your carb intake AND a good amount of intense cardio.

Test P - 150mg/wk
Primo E - 400mg/wk
Anavar - 25mg 2x ed

Play pick up basketball 2-3x a week with just BCAA's and L-Carnitine, before, allow yourself a gatorade before you lift, vegetables only as your nightime carbs. 250g protein/day.
