Alrighty gang, here ya go...! Fidy Two (52) < laymen's terms, the other , well Motown 'Slang' see I'mma sayin'...?

200lbs on the $$ today, fluctuate wildly, probably just over 10% bf I suppose..? close.

Plan is to pack on hopefully about 20-25 , even 30 lbs by winters end.

25 week high EQ, medium to moderate high test, npp.

And rotate orals in mini cycled through out, like 3 weeks Drol, 3-4 Superdrol, and three, maybe 4 Dbol.

Last 4-5 weeks of EQ run, will start up Primo @ 600 min for 15 weeks minimum, right around last week of Jan.
Higher dose 80-100mg / day Var then til look desired is acheived, then consider seeking out a Classic Physique show suited to me, around the time I think I could do well.


This one, I had clicked on, and it wasn't loading, must have loaded when I.was typing the text part.

But, it's a few months back. The first two (top ) are
about 2 weeks ago.

Nah, that's the half bath downstairs , adjacent to our kitchen I kids downstairs bathroom, I may to duck into there to fire off GH as it's in the fridge right there.

But I do my business in my own . Attached bath upstairs.

But yeah, I was thinking, look at all that clutter on the counter. Haha , embarrassing.

Alrighty, this isn't really an "update" pic, per se', as I've really made "no" forward progress, at least not in the mass Dept.

In fact, I lost nearly 21 lbs in the last 5+ weeks since being put on a busier job, { kinda got Fucked , "without Lube"
Ya know.. { Dry Fucked, ouch.. }

My first or second week on this job,. I manhandled something too heavy for my 52 year old ass., Had a co-worker sorta helping, but he "buckled" at the knees, and I ended up getting modestly injured.

My right Trap, where it inserts under the shoulder blade, and near the trap/shoulder region where it "attaches", or vice -versa.., either way, a good pull to the muscle, no tear, no hematoma. Luckily.

So, needless to say, it has hindered my training, and to some extent my cycle.

Back in full swing now, just have to be cautious of what moves I do. (And , not let some of the "AssJacks " that I work with get too under my skin) which they a few have.

Anyhow, these were taken tonight, right after an almost full upper workout.

But emphasis was on Shoulders & upper back, & Tris, with a little bi - blast. Just a few sets as I was short on time to get home & get ready for work. No flaming, "unless you see fit".. But, I Will find you...! Lol. (Got that from one if my Fav actors, Leeam Neeson, forgot the flick, but the one where his daughter was kidnapped.)

Alrighty, so not a major set back, just not forward progress for the intended purpose, "Bulk" , I have a very fast metabolism, and if I don't train with just the right balance, or sometimes too much, also my training usually takes care of my appetite just fine.

With the injury, it had been pointless to gorge on food, even tho I do sometimes make a glutton of myself.

But I don't lay down fat easily at all.

As of late, I've been trying to pound whole milk more than.i usually do, in addition to.my regular eating habits.

Carbs is the key for me, so I've stepped up my potatoes, and oatmeal consumption, Protien stays relatively the same, 1.25 - 1.5 gram per pound of lean mass. Healthy fats coconut oil, Ive also recently added cod liver oil.

***And occasionally some candy. << not as a fat source, just to quell the sweet tooth, and help keep my sugar up,
I've had incident's where my blood sugar drops, and feel hypo,. But can't figure why, how....No Slin "Yet"... After I get back to 210 ish, maybe...!

^^^ Any thought's...? On the hypo...? Thx if so..!

No legs showing, as I know that they're getting neglected, but that is soon to change.

Thanks brother , those first two were a few months back tho, I was actually a bit. Heavier, .The last 5-6 we're yesterday, right after training. At my local "Y" ,

And I'm back up about 3-4 lbs of what I lost.., shooting for 225 this winter "Bulk"

Latest & Greatest in my "Shredding" eandevor...! Not making alot of 'SIZE' strides, but "not" really losing any muscle either. Just getting leaner, & a bit more defined.
Liking the little semblance of a horseshoe "finally" happening with the Tri's

For the most part, "not" really going in the direction inintend, but not bad, not too shabby. Thought I'd have more mass, (and lean at that, not that I'm.mot lean, just thought I'd be in the 215-218 ish range by now, but have had alot on my plate, & hence some setbacks. Nothing drastic. Plenty of time ahead to make strides.
