Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium are the main electrolytes. Out of those 4, magnesium is the mineral most people eating a western diet don't get enough of. I would try taking some extra magnesium in the form of glycinate or taurate. Orange juice is actually pretty good at replacing electrolytes as it has a boat load of potassium and about 6 percent of your daily requirement for mag in a serving if you don't mind the sugar.
I honestly thinks it’s just a genetic thing . Martial arts for 40 years B.B. for 30 I get them so bad sometimes that my coworkers when they see me grimacing in pain want to call ambulance and I have to say shuddap lol! I use doans, magnesium ( which is great power mineral ) taurine etc . I just continue to work and stretch but if I have huge workout or after losing ton of sweat I’ll get baseballs in my hamms later like I’ll move a certain way later i day and bam argh!!!!! Looks like I’m having heart attack . Keep hydrated too. If I do too many hamstring sets I get cramps definitely. If I’m practicing high kicks or something it’s torturous pain at times I’ll stretch my ham and massage rough to knead the cramp ball but rare times the opposite side quads will also cramp that’s when I’m screwed lol. I find drinking more water and I now train quads and hams separate to avoid issues . Plus if I’m using clenbuterol forget it so with clen I find two days on third off or always third day on cramp city . Gatorade/ Powerade too for me . Get the low cal or use after workout to replace glycogen stores
See like I get them when sitting in office or watching tv lol or getting in car and I can’t even begin to describe the pain it’s like a damn kidney stone lol though in my 20s and 30s actually prior to AAS use used to be often but like guys here show I do use a taurine drink and have fir years so that I can attest is imperative
