This is my first time taking clenbuterol, so I took one of the 40mcg capsules and within an hour my heart rate was around 120bpm. It is almost 24 hours later and it's nearly the same, maybe around 115bpm now. Is this just a waiting game or do I need to seek attention if it lasts any longer? I will not be taking another one. I just don't see how one could do this.

Clen’s half-life is around 28-36 hours, thus after taking your first dose, it'll take roughly one and a half days for half of it to leave your body. The active life of clenbuterol is 72 hours, which is when it'll completely leave your system.

Not sure why you would start a cycle of clen at 40mcg especially not knowing how your body would react to the substance. You can split your tabs and go with 20mcg initially. Once your body becomes tolerant of the sides then is when you should increase your does slowly.

I would guess that the effects will settle down before it's completely out of his system. Even before half of it is out of his system. They should slowly subside like with any drug. Still though, this is only one of the reasons I'll never use Clen. It's just not worth the sides and you get more fat loss and less sides with ephedrine hcl.

The reason I did not half the dosage is because it is in a capsule. Thanks for the reply guys.

The bpm has definitely slowed down, it was crazy high last night, I can tell it is getting a little better, just still very worrisome.

I've tried clen once years ago and couldnt stand how i felt on it, cracked out i guess would be best description. I do have a bud who loves it and gets shredded on it.

Used to tolerate clen and have great results with it in my early years. Can no longer use it because of (mostly because of) it's cardiac effects. That, and neck and low back stiffness from it (even on high dose taurine).

Sorry for the late response. Thanks guys. Everything is back to normal. I discontinued the clenbuterol after taking the one capsule. Not my style.

Good to hear. Generally, when it comes to stuff like clen or cytomal that are dosed in mcg, I usually always try and get pharmacy grade just because you don't want overdosed clen.
