Clen Cycle Questions

Ok i did a search on here and came up empty. Never ran a clen cycle before and have it now doing research before i run it. Does it matter my size or just what i can tolerate? I'm reading week on week off then on also reading run 2 weeks then off. . As far as dosing I'm find a lot of different cycles as well. Hella confused here lol. Also reading take benedryl when coming off at night. And good insight here would be greatly appreciated!
 
I recommend 40-60mcgs daily. I don't believe in "cycles", run it till you drop the fat you need to. Usually 2-3 weeks is all I need personally.

I like running exactly how you do it. I’ve tried it cycling but didn’t really think it worked as well as just doing 3 weeks straight.

But OP to answer your ? I think size does matter a little bit. But not too much. Plus when you’re bigger it’s not a great idea to have your heart being more stressed. Most people stick around the dosage Rambo recommended.
People running high ass doses are usually
1) competing (but even then high doses of clen are a big stress on the heart)
2) have underdosed clen

40mcg of legit clen. You’ll feel it.
I get slightly shaky on that.
 
Thanks guys. I have thought of running like that to but wasn't sure. You guys don't work up to that and back down, just straight off with 40-60mcgs? Man i was reading up to 100mcgs if your getting shaky on 40 i can imagine 100. I'm 230, lean but wanna cut a bit of bf. Diet is on point so I'm good there. I do MMA so definitely don't need my heart to explode with the cardio i do there lol
 
I get the clen shakes at 80mcg.
40mcg I can notice it. Nothing too bad. So I like to keep at 40mcg.
Doing MMA I would not dare do 80mcg hahah
230 is a solid weight. What’s the weight classes for ya?
 
Ok cool. I'll work to 40 and see from there how i feel but not past 60 with mma. I train in the evenings and I'll take mornings so i think I'll be ok. I would love to get into the top of the 205 weight class but love my build and power i have with it After that it's 205-265. Catch weight. Most of the time meet in the middle.

I start at 20mcgs actually and only move up if I feel comfortable. Now that I am leaner it hits me harder so I don't go over 40mcgs.
 
That's what imma try. Start with 20mcgs and work from there. i also talked to a guy in the gym tonight who i knew ran and we just started talking recently and he told he basically same thing you guys are, so with what you guys said and him i have a lot better grasp of it and feel better doing it! I have to know about something more before I'll run it that's just me. I really appreciate your guys responses!
 
Start very small and see how you feel, personally even as small as 20 micro ...i feel like i need brain surgery...i dont touch it anymore
