Bro, I haven't had spaghetti in at ;east 2 years. That looks amazing! I do plan on creating my own spaghetti dish that is high in protein by using protein enriched noodles along with 96% lean ground beef and gove it a go. I've been cutting for a LONG TIME and so I have stayed away from higher carb meals to make my macros work. BUT, getting ready to start a growth phase and eat in a slight to moderate caloric surplus to start packign on some mass. So, I think pasta will be back on the table again SOON!Here goes some spaghetti made with ground Bison. my family eats it and never even notices they ate Bison.![]()
I love guacamole, but can't really tolerate avacado without some kind of spices and flavor. It is more of a texture thing for me. I will force a small amount down, but I do shy away from eating very much avacado. I know it has good fats, but it can still jack up my macros since I do no more than 50 grams of fat per day. But even so, avacado's are not my favorite source of healthy fats to be sure.I eat those too! Turkey goes perfect with avacado.
