When it comes to cutting weight during prep there seems to be two schools of thought regarding the matter.
What do you guys think? Any examples to share?

Carb cycling is better you can keep metabolic rate going keep training intensity high and retain muscle fullness. Carb restriction just leaves you flat and worthless and generally causes muscle loss

I agree brother I've played the restriction game and flat is no place to be

With carb restriction you will probably lose weight faster. But at some point mr. Homeostasis will pay you a visit and then you'll have to switch to carb cycling.
I've been doing this since january, alternating the two methods for a couple months each

Couldn't agree with you anymore on this point. I used to restrict but have since switched to carb cycling this year. Way better results in my opinion.
