Lets face it, youve got to utilize one press or the other to build those delts, question is do you guys prefer a Military Press or Db Shoulder Press. Personally I prefer the db press as I can push out or pull in the elbows as needed. This seems to have a much greater result in rounding out the delts.What do you guys think?
Do you guys have a preference of one over the other?
 
DB's for better range of motion, activation of stabilizers, and the fact that I can maneuver the elbows because of my tendinitis.
 
For just mass, I prefer strict standing over head press. I do find it a problem when I go too heavy I start to bow my back if that makes sense
 
I prefer DBs as well. I come to find after having a shoulder injury years ago it allows me the ROM to perform the press with little to no discomfort. I also agree with Poo....I'll finish my set of presses with a cluster set of Arnold presses to get it really burning.
