Hi fellas! I'm working on tuning my diet in. At the point I'm at now, I have recently completed training for a powerlifting meet. As you may be aware that kind of training and diet can leave you holding extra fat and water. For the past 12 days I have slowly switched to leaner meals, cut out sodas and beer, and have quit eating fast food. That was surprisingly easy. As I cut out sweets, and fellas.... I love ice cream...I know this will get harder. OK OK TO THE POINT,

I have noticed several glaring problem areas in my diet. Breakfast is a big one. I'd appreciate any and all suggestions here!!

If your not keto....I put a couple scoops of whey in my oatmeal along with maybe a couple eggs, PB, and like and apple or banana.

I have found that eggs 7 oats are usually a big staple in any bodybuilder's diet.

Thanks for the info and taking the time to help me! I will certainly look into this! I know how to eat for size but....not good clean, lean size. It's hard!

Oats, almonds, strawberries, blueberries, banana, Greek yogurt, all great in the morning. Easy to mix together as well. Through some eggs in there or a protein shake and your good.

1 cup oats the banana nut stuff from Quaker, 2 scoops of weight gainer from mutant, 1 scoop of real food from 5%, one banana and some blueberries, I mix it all together with whole milk and leave in fridge overnight.

Six eggs /half lb beef patty / 3/4 cup dry measure Oats
With pineapple & walnuts , lil half n half or milk .

Green apple (vitamin pak , liver tabs ) digestive enzymes.

Pint or so h2O.

Roc, do you just scoop it out as with reg cereal & eat out of the container/bowl with a spoon.. that's it...??

I've done the over nite oats a few times, similar but not consistently. Pretty good , I do like cooked oats too tho.

Yours is a time saver , wake/spoon /fridge eat.

Will.have to give this a go one day (I'd like to try that Mutant gainer..)

What kinds of things would you guys throw in a morning shake? Or is all of the above what you're referring to in shake form? I can blend up oats, protein powder, bananas whatever really

If your going to go the shake route, look into Optimum Nutrition Oats & Whey morning protein mix, very good and quick/easy.

If going shake I usually do Oats, spinach and kale, natural peanut butter, banana, choc protein powder ice and milk of your choice blend it up and your good to go
