Thanks. I actually reinjured it at week 6. Thought I would be ok doing 16 plates (was doing 20 before injury) but I should have gave it more time. Skipped two weeks and did a light set this week. I will not try any decent weight till June.
Alrighty, well then you let me know if ya need me to come by & climb on for " more" weight.., when ya get back to
20 plates that is...! Lol.. I'm only an additional 210 lbs
tho.
