Hey guys I just got some bloodwork back, and as you all know using gear, out shit isn't expected to be normal. But some of my shit came back kinda scary. Should I be stopping for an extended period of time just to rebalance? Here are some of my abnormalities

Hemoglobin 12.4 Low
Hematocrit 40.5 normal
MCV 71 Low
MCH 21.7 Low
MCHC 30.6 Low
RDW 16.2 High
Creatinine 1.47 High
AST 135 HIGH
ALT 122 HIGH

Lipids
Total Cholesterol 217 High
Trigliserides 98 normal
HDL 35 Low
LDL 162 High

FSH 0.1 Low
LSH <0.2 Low

T4, Free 1.19 normal
T4 4.1 Low

Estradiol 41.0
Prolactin 0.2 Low

Testerone, Serum >1500 High
Testosterone Free >50.0 High
SHBG 6.5 Low

My cycle consisted of
Weeks 1-10
EQ
Test C
Tren A/E
Oral Winny
Anavar
Stanalone
DBH
Epistane

Weeks 11-20 (almost finished)
Test E
Deca
EQ
DHB

Ancilaries include the following
Letro
Caber
Glutathione (racehorsemeds)
NAC

Needless to say my gains and body is looking massive. I'm 30 years old 6ft4 and 280 lean as hell. But should I cut this short due to liver values and FSH and LSH? These values have definately have been impacted since my last bloodwork in August. So any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also any advice to help get my shit back on track would be helpful.

Fsh and lsh will be low while on testosterone. If you were on the oral during bloodwork Alt and Ast will be elevated like that. They will return to normal after you stop.

As far as the alt and ast, up to 5 times the upper limit of normal numbers is still considered mildly elevated. The upper normal levels are around 50ish so I wouldn’t panic and stop your injectables quite yet.
And damn, you’re a big fucker lol

Yeah, well I've had a ton of blood work done on myself and I can tell you for what you've been on that is amazingly good blood work. I'd be jumping for joy!. I would have liked to see bilirubin, and alkaline phosphate though.

I'm guessing your docs don't know you are "on"....That's why they are freaking out. You're a very young healthy in shape male. You should have gotten the blood work done privately so your docs couldn't see.

Kin why is it not ok for you to be honest with your doctor? I have been told many times it is better be be honest with your doctor ?

I have a little clinic at my job where I get all this done for free. Plus this isn't my family doc and I can keep it real with her because I know she wont say anything and have a good relationship with her. But I know some docs will put what you say on your record and u dont want your insurance company finding out your on gear....bad news

Sure, but most guys order bloodwork separate from their doctor. In general I agree with you though. Especially if a guy has an emergency and the doctors need to know what drugs they are on in order to treat them. What they don't know can hurt you.

Insurance companies can view your records. I was always told don't let doctor know anything illegal

Incorrect,

Can an insurance company see your medical records?

Unless you've given your written permission, no insurance company can get their hands, or eyes, on your medical history. This protection is given legal force by the Data Protection Act (1998). However, if you agree to disclosure then your doctor will normally comply with an insurers' request to examine your records.
