Hey fellas, I'm back to training heavy! I'm going to do a raw meet here soon and then a geared meet in April. So I'll be running a log here and hopefully I can get some vets to check me out and any beginning lifters, hopefully I can help you out! Any and all suggestions are welcome!
 
I bench in a double ply inzer rageX.

My deadlift workout today:

135x10, 135x10, 225x8, 315x5, 365x5, put on belt and went 405x5

Lat pulls - 100x12, 120x10, 130x9

Low rows - 120x10, 130x10, 140x10

DB shrugs - 45x20, 50x20, 55x20

I did not eat well today and was really running out of fuel. Training heavy for me is hugely dependent on a diet with enough protein. It's a work in progress for sure.
 
I could never figure those damn shirts out. I think I tried every inzer shirt he had, ended up using a denim shirt. Squatting I used a Ginny canvas with inzer briefs. I deadlifted in just my singlet, couldn't get anything out of the suits when pulling. What fed you lifting in?

Today was not my best day as far as strength goes. I'm going to attribute that to staying up late and pounding the shit out of my wife lol hey when she's horny, gotta take her up on it. I pinned today, 1cc test, 1cc tren E.

Squats - 135x15, 135x10, 225x8, 315x5, 365x5, 405x5, put on a belt 455x1. Should have utilized the belt much earlier.

Hip sled - 450x10, 530x8, 620x8, 710x6

Quad ext- 110x10, 120x10, 130x10

Ham curls- I forgot to log the weight but I did 3x10

Mad props to you on the carry over. I was always amazed with the guys who struggled for 1 rep with 315, put the shirt on and hit 500+. Shit blew my mind. Your coach was one of the best. Always took time to help everyone.
 
I have missed a few logs! I'm doing my final drag race of the year tomorrow then putting the car away and it will be time to get a lot more serious! Anyone following, if you are looking to move any hgh you are sitting I'd appreciate it if you would PM me!
 
I got in a dead lift day yesterday. I just pulled raw. I worked up to 405. I hit some biceps with the workout, I usually don't. After I deadlift I'm pretty spent but I did get in 4 solid accessory work.

I'm taking 3 cc of test and 1.5 cc tren E a week. I'm considering using arimidex every other day for the remainder of the cycle. Can anyone help me with so.e pros and cons there?
 
Well my diet is getting cleaned up a little. Today I lifted in the morning. I didn't feel as strong buti felt like I had plenty of fuel? Debating on whether or not to do morning all the time.

I did chest today

BB bench - 135x10, 185x8, 3 sets of 225x6

DB incline- 50x10, 55x10, 60x10

Decline cable fly - 3x12 @ 30lbs per cable

Incline cable fly - 3x12 @ 30lbs per cable

Tricep rope push down - 40x10, 50x10, 60x10

Had to jet for work. Needed more triceps.
 
Checking in. I squatted tonight, and went easy. I kind of tweaked my left hip flexor.

Squat - 135x10(x2), 225x10, 315x10(x3)

Hip sled - 450x15, x12, x10

RDL's - 225x8(x3) anyone else do these on leg day? Or at all?

Quad ext - 120x12, 130x12, 150x10

Ham curls- 120x12 140x10

Done. Diet is becoming more consistent, and more Cal's.

Bench - 135x10x2, 185x10, 225x5x3, 245x3, 275x2

Incline db - 50x12, 55x12, 60x10

Decline cable fly - 20x10, 30x10, 40x10

Chest press machine - 110x12, 120x10, 130x10

Skull crusher's- 70x12, 80x10, 80x8

Rope push does - 60x10, 70x8, 80x7

Shrugs - 135x20, 185x20, 225x20

Cable pull overs? - 50x10, 60x10, 70x10

I was completely spent so I will have to add biceps in somewhere

Kickbacks 3x10 w 15 lb DB
