Best way to use T4 + AAS

Wow... Lots of valuable, advanced info in here.

High potassium foods I was looking at:

- Leafy greens
- Broccoli
- Salmon
- Potatoes
- Bananas
- Navy beans (wtf are they?)

Some other things i left off, feel free to add to the pile.
the potatoes are high on the glycemic index because of the starch, also the beans, and bananas are high in sugar, they all cause an insulin spike and promote fat storage , try spinach, Brussel sprouts, mushrooms and Cale instead, especially broccoli!. A 3 to 1 ratio 6000mg to 2000mg will work for most people because it is very difficult to consume so much vegetables. the muscle voluming effects of potassium loading is rarely experienced by most because sodium is always the higher percentage consumed in 99% of Americans.

I drink a coconut water a day one of good ones. And dried apricots for potassium and avacodos
I shoot for at least 5500mg potasium on most days. Sodium I watch potassium first then sodium

Just finished 2nd day of keto.... Have prob consumed less than 15g total carbs last 2 days- only carbs have come from whey protein mix, pickles and cottage cheese.

I only hope my energy doesn't crap out after cardio tmw morning and during weight lifting...

Will it fuck my ketosis up if i drink a pwo and a gatorade post cardio but pre lift?

And ketosis starts after 72 hours? Is that right?

How long do i stay on this diet for?

Bro!, any pre or pwo shake containing sugar or maltodextrin, fructose will instantly kill keto, depending on your goals for keto will determine the time frame you need to run. If lowering insulin resistance this can be achieved in about 3 to 5 days but a glucose meter is necessary to check your blood glucose, most people who have minimal insulin resistance can reverse in 3 to 5 days. Fat loss will start as soon as the body changes fuel source over to fat normally 3 to 4 days, you must be aware of everything you consume if it is keto like a Gatorade containing sugar is a no go, the video I posted with nick and Dom explains about how long insulin resistance takes to reverse and will depend on how resistant one is, only a glucose meter will accurately determine that result. You must raise your fat intake dramatically to buffer large protein intake to offset the extra protein conversion to sugar in the liver and being stored as fat. When you are in ketosis you will feel better running on ketones this will help the body start to reverse chronic disorders because you are consuming fat which is what the body is designed to be used for proper psychological functions, the body is not designed for sugar or carbohydrate metabolism.

Be aware of sauces and condiments like ketchup, its packed with high fructose corn syrup. Absolutely no fructose, dextrose, sucrose, maltodextrin, and label must read zero sugars. No fruit even bananas watch what you drink, I drink lemon water. .

I didnt listen to the vid yet, but know of Dom and Nick. And xx..if they dont mention it, up the fiber lol

I broke down and had a few saltine crackers in the middle of the night, but still no sugar... Did i fuck up my ketosis?

Should i just hold off on weights until im done with this? I can lift w/o gatorade, but im juice free right now and work out early mornings, pwo is kinda necessary...

I cant use that as my ONLY carbs of the day, period?

XX, your body will switch over to burning fat. Ketons will be released and you will feel amazing. The body was meant to run on fat, you will be more efficient in every way, strength, endurance and mental focus, there are world records being broken every day now in Olympic and endurance sports with keto, Ketons preserve muscle loss and stops catabolism the key is beta hydroxy buterate, and m-tor. You really need to educate yourself on ketosis bro, you Don't need carbs but I recommend you cycle ketosis and low carb, you can get shredded and gain muscle, I'll add some informative videos for you watch all three of these videos will help you. . https://youtu.be/9BV7InDUBNE

Ok so i checked my pwo drink (B-Nox) and the label says no sugar! Only 10g of carbs per scoop.

Has anyone heard of this pwo? Saw it at my supp shop, it also has test booster in there and its my fav pwo drink to date!

So other than maybe 6 saltine crackers in the middle of the night and maybe 8g of carbs total from what was in my whey protein... No carbs.

Going on day 3. Stocked up on meat (tri tip, ham, turkey sausage, london broil deli meat), whole cheeses, avocados, cottage cheese, salami and broccoli.

Have not touched candy, bread, rice, condiments, sugar free soda only, no juices, no fruits.

Basically just meat, cheese, eggs, avocados and a bit of broccoli. Oh and had 3 leafs of green lettuce.

Am i on the right track?

Also gymrattt1, i use Clear Muscle daily for anti catabolic after pct.

Even though i look in the mirror every day and notice a slight loss, its hard for most people to tell im off.

7.5 weeks with no juice is longer than i thought id be able to last!

Got mk677 and cardarine coming to help with muscle retention and fat loss til my next run

Yea, that's the idea, looking much better, add bacon on that list it's almost a perfect keto fat/fuel source. Chicken thighs and you can get the 10 lb ground meat 80/20 from wall mart. my breakfast is10 egg omelet with mushrooms, spinach, ham, sausage, bacon and feta cheese every morning, next meal is grilled salmon, asparagus, with a shrimp and feta salad and baby spinach leaves. next meal is steak, green beans, sautéed mushrooms covered in melted provolone cheese with a lobster and feta salad, next is some chicken thighs wrapped in bacon and cheese, with bacon wrapped jalapeños and cream cheese, next is another steak with broccoli and melted butter covered in parmasean cheese and a grilled lobster tail, and last meal is grilled halibut and asparagus, with a shrimp and feta cheese salad and bacon wrapped shrimp covered in melted cheddar cheese that's 6 high fat moderate protein. No protein powder especially whey it is a 93 on the glycemic index compared to bacon at 9, because why has no fat and fat buffers insulin. I'm 286 lbs at 11% as of this morning and will try to get to 280 before my may cycle starts and then drop to 8% while adding 5 to 8 lbs off muscle. Cycle will be May, June and July. Goin to Italy in August for vacation with the wife.

I don’t know what’s more impressive, 286 at 11% or that goddamn day of eating. Well done my man, that’s the way to do a keto diet!

Wanted to comment on this, I'm very much a keto dieter but I do a much higher protien diet than researchers say. My protien is probably higher than my fats. Don't keep track but I eat a ton of protien. Wanted to comment on your statement on fructose and maltodextrine. I find that even if I consume (SOME) of these simple sugars it does not kick me out of ketosis nor raise insulin as I monitor myself daily. Not saying it's not possible to do that but my body responds extremely well to Keto and I've never had an issue at all

gymrat oh I get what you were saying about the high fructose corn syrup LOL I saw the comment about the Gatorade. I'm reading and driving LOL. Yeah I love how people think that Gatorade is a good source of electrolytes accept generators honestly terrible for you. It only has about 1/4 of the electrolytes that you actually need on a daily basis. Plus that glucose yuck LOL. For me I've been doing the diet on and off for a couple years and I still can enjoy high amounts of carbohydrates. And still stay in ketosis. I recommend whoever tries Keto 2 supplement on berberine. It will help keep your insulin levels lower.
