Best time to take HGH

I was wondering what some of you guys think about when is the best time to take your HGH. Sometime I take mine in the morning and sometime I take it in the evenings. When is the best time? I don’t work out until the evening.

The people that I have asked about them say they normally do split doses in the morning and after they workout or at night for the days they don't and running it only 5 days a week with weekends or other days off. Curious to learn more myself because I am looking to start soon.
 
I have messed with every way possible and it doesn’t seem to matter, now I will say this it’s night and day when you add slin the gh but I’m not saying to go out and buy slin and start doing it but that’s the only time I started seeing real things happen.

I like splitting the dose up 5iu in the morning and 5iu an hour before the gym.
 
My primary use of gh has always been for fat loss. It sheds bf on me like crazy. That, and recovery. Over the years, I found (for me) that pinning the very first thing early am when I get up to piss, is most effective for my use. I've also done split doses (multi times a day), and larger doses (8iu+) in the evening, and the larger dose in evening helps me sleep.

This. I have also tried every way possible, and never noticed a difference. One thing to keep in mind, is that when you do exo GH, your body shuts down natty production for something like 5-8 hours. I do mine first thing in the AM now. If my body is going to produce any GH naturally, itll be during sleep.
