I'm always down for a Ben and jerry's salted caramel.

I get peanut butter banana shake. Bring it home add a banana, peanut butter two scoops of protein and put in the ninja so it's not that bad for me lol !!

You guys!. I just went back on a low-carb diet about 2.5 weeks ago. Not gonna carb up for a while. Maybe a few more weeks. This time of year I like the Shamrock shake for a carb up treat. Now they have a chocolate shamrock special. I'll have to do a carb up in time so I don't miss it. It should be around at least through March I'm thinking though.

I just had one last week! Yes it does taste sorta kinda almost like those little chocolate mint in the middle candies...just really cold tho lol!
