Big O how are you brother? I dropped about 30lbs since late February. Went real real low carbs, counting everything I ate, but couldn’t keep the bloat away. Started eating a small salad with my meat at lunch and that helped a lot. Started adding in small amounts of fruit and vegetables for small snacks and no problem. Seemed to do the trick.
Hey brother I'm doing well!! Glad to hear from you! I still have some abs showing so I'm not terrible concerned but I'm definitely going to be trying some of these things. Going to do a meet in November. Probably just push pull. My hips aren't taking the heavy squats very well at all.
