Plagued by injuries and everything else possible I'm finally back bodybuilding not just lifting weights. Only have had full use of my shoulder since mid December (Rotator Cuff) I'm bulking hence the extra BF. But I'm at 198-ish here. 5' 7.5". I plan to bulk for 8 more weeks (wont get any fatter than already am tho). Aim is to get to 205-208, before an 8 week cutter to tighten up to a trim 195#
