Couple trips from this year guys. I don't do this for a living, its just a passion. I picked my forum name bayou for a reason. I've seen more bayous then roads growing up. This is where I go for peace, its my get away from all the bullshit!

thats cool! the shape of the boat is cool, thats a whole lot of shrimp!!!!
Thanx bud! Its a 22' homemade skiff. Its actually a Laffite skiff that's been improved... Brown shrimp season was okey, white shrimp opened few weeks ago. Its been good when I've had off to go. I'm going tomorrow nite. Would of went last nite but cut my hand open and was in emergency room lol... Shit sucked

I know who my new protein source is.... lol.
Do you sell?

Think you found a new source lol

Nice pics bayouboy1...I got to travel out to Louisiana for my bucket list :)

Now I'll have dreams of shrimp scampi and every shrimp dish ever...eeek!

Why are the boats shaped like that, is there a benefit
Idk exactly what you mean bud lol. As most boats in my area have same shape lol.. I will say what's great about my boat design is the fact its a big glass boat so handles good in rough water. And the design of my boat allows you to get into shallow water as well. I can literally run in inches of water. I'm sure most places the water depth isn't as crazy as it is by me. You have to be able to run in very deep water and very shallow. My boat doesn't draw to much water at all. Nothing like a bay boat

Yes brotha I do sell my shrimp. I fill all my people's freezers then the rest is sold. I'm catching 26-30's right now and 21-25's.I've been getting $2.50-$3.00 a pound.

Pound for pound shrimp has the most protein of any meats... I believe, at least I think out of all the seafood that is lol

Awesome fishing i fucking love!!!
