If you go to a dermatologist he or she would likely write you an Rx of doxycycline or set you up with an accutane program and likely even more options. I do know accutane is rough on the liver and they typically monitor liver enzymes in adolescents taking it.

Just wanted to give an update.
Finally the issue on my chest seems to be clearing up. In the end it looks like it was a very severe case of ingrown hairs. Wierd cuz I don’t shave I usually just run clippers to trim a bit. This past week has been a painful week slowly getting these damn ingrown hairs out and finally seeing it all clear up.
I’m still getting a few pimples on my back and rear delts but nothing super major

I experienced the same problem but mine were hard zits under the skin. Couldn't figure it out. I changed labs but same compound but no problem with zits. I don't know if it was the carrier oil or the other test was extremely overdosed. It left lumps on my back for weeks.

My acne has pretty much all cleared up, it was a mix of acne and in grown hairs, just used some standard acne body wash, and a few other acne products and just stopped messing with them. Eventually they just drained and healed up

Dude I’m with you. I’ve been cruising for like 7 months then blasted and back down to cruising. I broke out pretty bad on my arms and my back. 2 showers a day and some over the counter cedaphil. It’s starting to get better but I’m fixing to blast again.

Mine seems to clear up when I up the dose of adex. Of course bw is best, but you could adjust your ai a lil and see what happens. Mine clears up almost overnight.

I’m lucky and don’t get acne from gear. I think a lot of men don’t usually do exfoliating. I have a friend that broke out pretty bad, and I suggested exfoliating and definitely staying away from shaving. And trimming with high quality trimmers. He’s seen improvement since then. Nothing crazy like accutane but why don’t you guys that struggle with acne try out exfoliating? Sometimes (i know some people just got fucked with genetics and bad acne) acne comes just from stuff being trapped under the skin. So exfoliating lets you avoid that.
