Bad Acne From Test

Hey Everyone,

Currently cruising at about 22g of test e weekly but I️ have gotten some bad acne and nothing seems to be helping. Getting acne in my back, chest and even the back of my head.

Didn’t get hardly any acne when I️ was on a blast but now it’s to the point where everyday it gets worse.

Currently taking just the test e and adex.

Nope never had back acne or chest acne before, even when I️ was blasting at 750 mg a week I️ has no acne at all

Hmm maybe get your blood work done and see if everything is in place? I️ rarely get any acne like yourself blasting that amount either.

Yeah, I️ had to switch from test e to sustanon for 4 weeks due to an order issue. I’ve been on test e again now for almost 4 weeks though.

that could have been the issue with the change in esters , aka the sus then back to test e i change from test e to test c and sus from time to time just for a change but i dont really see any acne change from it , im weird i dont get acne on high dose but when im comming down or missed a few shots i start getting them and fuck i need to up the dose hahahaha when im on trt dose i have acne and im wtf .. hopefully you can find the reason for it cause it does suck , tmac

I've experienced this on a low dose of test. Every time I end a blast I get really bad acne on my back and shoulders. Weird thing is when I'm blasting over a g of gear a week I have way less. I think it may be due to the fluctuation in hormones.
In my case it def has something to do with my estro levels. As soon as I dial in my estrogen it pretty much clears up

I thought I had read that it has to do with estrogen levels. Typically the shorter esters raise your estrogen more because they enter the bloodstream faster and make your peak levels higher.

This is correct. In and out your system a lot quicker

Try Doxycycline. I always keep a boat load on hand for this very thing. Wipes it right out.

This is likely the reason. However, like sura said you need to get bloods and check your estrogen levels. They can creep up over time even on trt.

Use 10% sulfur soap and mix it with nizoral shampoo as body wash. Sulfer helps kill the bacteria and nizoral lowers the amount of dht in the hair follicle. Use acne pads with 2% salicylic acid as well to keep less oil and dead skin cells on your skin. This is the cause of acne because excess oil and dead skin cells causing clogged pores allows bacteria to thrive. If all else fails hop on an antibiotic and clear your skin. But if you don’t know the cause, it will come right back once the antibiotic is discontinued.

The pharmacist, he is a sponsee here, has plenty of antibiotics. I’ve used him and his services are legit. Takes time as he is international but he is a great resource here.

Crazy how I never had an issue blasting just cruising now. It doesn’t hurt or anything just can’t even wear a tank in the gym anymore due to how bad it got and it’s spreading out more

I've had much worse with short esters. Maybe try sticking with long esters and get some Accutane

How do you figure out a dose for accutane? I heard it can be bad for you in the long run though any thoughts?

If you look it up it goes by body weight but honestly going by that you end up with a pretty high dose. I did 40mg/day for I believe what was 3 weeks. Completely cleared me up. Sides can be a bitch tho. Dry skin, eyes and lips
