Hello, I am new to the board nut not new to training. Here is a little about myself, I trained hard for 12 years them life happened marriage, kids, and work. quit training and became a complete slob, no excuses just pure lazy. Well 7 months ago had a mild heart attack and decided no more. changed my diet started walking then jogging and body weight exercises. I have lost almost 40lbs and got my bf% down to 26% I am 49 yo and 223 lbs 5' 10 " still have a ways to go but getting there. I have been back to training in the gym for a few weeks and feel great. Just got a clean bill from my docs bloods are great heart is great. I intend to run a cycle as soon as I get my bf % below 20% am gonna push to get it to below 15%.
