Back at it!!!

January 1st 2016 3 weeks before my liver transplant. 51yrs old there 20 inch biceps, 30 inch quads & 18.5 calves at 5'10 270lbs.

I just started back at the gym on February 13th & here's my pic from Saturday. I'm coming back baby & today is my 53rd birthday. So watch the old man get swole again!

Awesome bud!!!! Glad your back at it and doing well. It will come back quicker than you think. I'm currently 2 weeks post back surgery and still struggling a bit. Hopefully I'll be back in the gym very soon I'm fucking losing my mind

Yeah man, I thought about training & the gym from day one. It took me a year to get back & im happy thank I can. I actually technically died one year ago today on my birthday. My heart stopped 3 weeks after my transplant while I was in the hospital. No warning other than I told them I can't breathe then I was out, they shocked me back to life. Cardiac arrest not a heart attack & no damage. I just had an ekg at my doctor the other day & all was normal.

Wow...... glad your alive brother. That's some heavy shit going out and coming back. Weird question, but did anything happen when you went out? Or did it just fade to black?

To be honest it was strange. I don't know how long I was out but I do remember a bright light didn't see anyone because as soon as I seen it I awoke. Doctors asking me what happened..I said I don't know you tell me you're the doctor!
