I use distilled water
Benzol Alcohol
Sterilized vials 25 packs cheap.
With BA all at medlabsupply
Or reuse old BA Water vials.
Lately I been sterilizing my gear vials.
Lmao!! Hear this one. I ran out caps but I use eye glasses flat screw driver and undo crimp better at Harbor bent angle pick set. File end flat.
So I been sterilizing gear vials removing crimp re-sterilize same rubber and recrimp.
Ordering some more metal crimps and rubbers soon. Lol!!
I fill sterile vials with 10ml distilled water then 10 units of Ba and shake and done.
Been making 3 at time with same 3 vials for months now!!!
But as said need more 25ga 3ml pins so will grab metal tops and rubbers plus other things needed...
BA Water will prevent anything starting in an already sterile vial that is wiped with alcohol each time before and after use.
And sterile pin only going in....
I know OP knows this but this is what I been doing just as said.

Making own BA Water
I will use 10ml vial amounts to make easy.
For 20ml multiply by 2 and 30 by 3 etc...
-Get 10ml vials sterile with top of course 25 packs cheap
-Get Benzol Alcohol
I use medlabsupply
-Get distilled water I use gallon jug.
-Get 3ml syringe sterile with needle 25ga works fine.
-get 1ml 100 unit slin pin.
So all stuff ready.
I wipe everything in area with alcohol including all tops!!
Do this in clean area no wind or dust....
I first draw air out of the 10ml vial, around 3ml of air.
Then I fill with 3ml at time of distilled water until I count 10ml.
And yes i draw out 3ml of air each time before filling. Except for the last 1ml cause 3x3=9ml +1=10ml. Yeah vent works but not needed for this....
Measure water precise and empty air so it's accurate!!!
After 10ml distilled water in vial.
Grab that 1ml 100 unit slin pin.
Fill slin with 10 units of Benzol Alcohol and add into that 10ml vial of distilled and shake.
Ready to go in as much time as hgh is after mixing.. Lol!
Think I put this correct will check for typos later...
I been doing this a while and make 3x 10ml vials at time.
This way is fail proof and easy as 1,2,3....
That Benzol Alcohol is under 10$ enough to make your own BA Water for a decade.
25 count sterile vials think was 38$ last time u grabbed for a project..
